As renters struggle to pay rent, landlords also struggle. The eviction moratorium has been extended for the fourth time since it was introduced in Jacksonville, Florida. This time it has been extended until at least September 1st. 

Landlords are frustrated and say that tensions are rising between landlords and tenants. 

“The executive order now says tenants are required to repay their missed rent when they are ‘no longer adversely affected by the COVID-19 emergency.’”
