Several recent trends that were seen in 2008 point to imminent financial losses and increasing complexity of our current systems. These trends include; Aggressive yet uncoordinated responses between local, state, and national government entities, Additional communication tools for businesses to continue to work remote, and last but not least longer wait times for call center services.
Services, investors, and regulators need to work together to focus on crisis-response changes that are needed across the board. A special focus needs to be had on protecting the borrowers and keeping them in their homes. A doctrine of oversharing should be employed to have complete transparency on behalf of all involved.
