Since then, many investors are eyeing the American market and consider it to have the potential for prime deal-making. Multi-family properties were on the top of the list, as well as industrial assets. Low-interest rates and a stable credit environment have paved the way for favorable opinions.
“U.S. commercial real estate continues to perform well, even amidst a range of uncertainties,” University of Wisconsin School of Business Faculty Associate Joe Walsh said in a statement.
