If you’re one of the millions of Americans wondering when your coronavirus stimulus check will arrive, you might want to check the new tracking website that the IRS released today to check the status of your payment.

There have been complaints about the site returning a “Payment status not available” message, but it’s worth a shot if you haven’t received yours yet.
We tested this ourselves and got the same message, but we’re no worse off than before we checked.
The first batch of stimulus checks was direct deposited to bank accounts on Saturday and the IRS expects over 80 million Americans to get their stimulus checks by Wednesday.
“Adults with income below $75,000 are due to receive $1,200 each, while married couples earning less than $150,000 will receive $2,400.
Roughly 9 in 10 American households will get a stimulus check, which is to help people stay afloat financially during the economic downturn caused by the pandemic.”
