White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow confirmed that a phase 4 stimulus package is coming, however, he did not confirm what that would entail.
There have been talks of several different ideas including a payroll tax holiday of a 6.5 percent increase to after-tax wages, unemployment reform, back-to-work bonus, an extension of the PPP, direct mail checks to individuals and families, or capital gains tax holiday.
Kudlow also mentioned the importance of schools reopening to continue economic recovery.
However, there is growing concern as coronavirus cases continue to rise rapidly across the country.
