With NYC now in phase 2 of reopening and additional restrictions being lifted, the residential real estate market’s June performance has people watching closely to see how it performs.

After historical lows in April and March, June looks promising. 

Although numbers year-over-year are much lower. the first week of June showed a 48% week-over-week increase in sales activity. 

Sales activity in June has increased for 3 consecutive weeks, which hasn’t happened since February. This trend is consistent with the national feeling of pent up demand for properties and sellers eager to put their homes back on the market.
