As the DC area begins to reopen, the Washington real estate market has already started to return back to normal.

Buyers are feeling more confident and last month’s data showed a 4.7% increase year-over-year of listings that went under contract.  

Housing supply is still low in the area, but it is starting to pick up with more than 1,000 listings over what we saw in May. 

Because of the low inventory, houses are selling fast and for top dollar right now.
